Just a note to let you all know plans are underway to celebrate Nanny's 80th birthday celebration. The party is scheduled to be held at the church on Altadena Road on Friday, August 29th. Pam, Anne and I met last night to begin working out the details. Festivities will begin with a meal for the family at 5:30. Other guests will be welcomed at 7:00 followed by a program of entertainment and a biographical retrospective, concluding with a big birthday cake. The goal is to mail out invitations by the middle of next week.
Uncle David is preparing a mulitmedia "documentary" in the spirit of Ken Burns and is asking for each family to provide pictures, videos, or audio recordings or anything else you feel would be appropriate to include.
Aunt Anne Robertson will be arriving on Monday, August 25th, and will be leaving right after Sacrament Meeting on Sunday, August 31st. Anyone who is able is invited to attend a temple session on Tuesday, August 26th, at 8:00 pm.

count us in for the 90th. I talked to Nanny yesterday and she sounds as spritely(?) as she ever has!
