It's in the cookbook, but anyway. 1 Yellow Cake recipe baked as directed on the box in a 9x13 pan. Mix vanilla pudding as directed. Blend with 1 8 oz block cream cheese and 12 oz whipped cream. Spread over cooled cake. 1 16 oz can pinapple chunks (drained well), 10 oz frozen coconut, then walnuts (if desired). Serve cold.
